This policy is effective August 1st, 2025.

We collect and retain the following categories of Personal Identifiable information when you submit a form: Email address, first name, and last name. We collect this information to respond efficiently and effectively to all consumer inquiries. We only retain this information for 6 months, after that the record of the inquiry; thus any and all personally identifiable information is removed from our systems accordingly. We retain order information for 4 years incase of any product issues or concerns, as well as internal audits.  After 4 years any and all personally identifiable information is removed from our systems. We do not sell or share any personal identifiable information with any person(s) or third-party. Our website is hosted by Squarespace. While we use industry standard TLS/SSL (Transport Layer Security) encryption to protect any and all of your information during transmission, we encourage you to review the Squarespace privacy policy for more information regarding how they collect, retain, and dispose of any collected and/or retained personal data.

To exercise your personal right to review, delete, or correct any personally identifiable information collected, please email your request to our designated method for submitting requests at help@morehousefragrances.com. Once you contact us with a concern with any collected information, we will act accordingly (E.g., removing any/all personally identifiable information from our systems, altering any/all personally identifiable information in our systems, or we will email you a copy of any/all personally identifiable information to the email found on file).
