1)Intellectual Property

Any formal logos, company branding, marketing copy (including but not limited to the following; written descriptions/narratives, visual and graphical assets {Morehouse Fragrances Logo, Morehouse Fragrances branding elements, unique product photography, and any other featured original graphics or illustrations}, any content found on our website, any content found on our social media pages {Including but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok} belongs exclusively to Morehouse Fragrances, use with out consent or any prior authorization is strictly prohibited and is punishable to the fullest extend of the California State and U.S federal Copyright law and intellectual property protection laws.

2)Limited Liability Clause

We do not take any liability for any technical issues springing from our host, Squarespace, and we formally apologize for any inconveniences posed in the future. We take full responsibility for any elements of our website not working (E.g., buttons, links) and pledge to keep our website maintenance a top priority for our consumers. We take full responsibility  for how our products are packaged, marketed, and sold; we pledge to honor our company ethics and guide lines in all of those fronts. We are not responsible for any one-off adverse reactions (E.g., allergic reactions, improper use of product {please refer to the product disclaimer page for further information}) to our product outside from product quality control and FDA chemical limitations.

3)Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without any regards to its conflict of laws principle. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the service and/or purchase of products must be brought exclusively to the Tuolumne County Superior Court, located at 12855 Justice Ctr Dr, Sonora, CA 95370.
